Civil litigation involves a dispute between two or more parties.  The dispute often, though not always, involves a contractual relationship between the parties. It can also involve an allegation of a personal injury suffered by one party because of the other, such as from an auto accident.

I have represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases; banks, insurance companies, individuals involved in contract matters, as well as small businesses, all in relation to civil litigation matters.
